In Nanakmatta Sahib and neighbourhood there are many places to stay while your trip to Uttarakhand and many places to visit. Uttarakhand is also called Dev Bhoomi - The place of Gods.
It is surrounded by the chain of Himalaya mountains in north. In addition
this state consists of a large no. of place worth visiting
while traveling to Uttarakhand. There are many
hill stations of international importance in tourism like Nainital,
Dehradun, Mussoorie, Rishikesh ....
As the state Uttarakhand is a small state of India, all these places
are not very far away from Nanakmatta Sahib. Although some places in the
Garhwal (northern part of Uttarakhand) are not easily accessible due to
hill side travel and improper roads and also in lack of facilities of
travel and stay but rest of the Uttarakhand has a good road way
connectivity and stay facilities in different places.
Nainital (A hill station of international fame) is nearly 100 Kms.
from Nanakmatta Sahib and many places like Bhimtal , Sat Tal, Naukutchia
Tal, Almora ,Ranikhet, Bageshwar, Ramnagar Corbett park etc are some
place near to Nainital which worth visit while travel to Nanakmatta
Sahib.
Similarly when you
move to Dehradun (Also the capital of Uttarakhand) there are many places
like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar are some places worth visiting.
In Nanakmatta Sahib there is a big lake of 22 Kms. circle,
called Nanak Sagar Dam where you can find a pleasure of boating &
swimming.
